I always try & stay at Hampton hotels when I'm traveling... And this Hampton has one of the best hot breakfasts that I've eaten while staying at any Hampton Inn over the years... And the young man ( Jillael ) working at the counter was very helpful... So special thanks to him for being very courteous & accommodating..
Jason was so pleasant and super cool to deal with. He made sure that we had everything we needed and sent a quick text to make sure the room was up to their high standards. The room was beautiful. All new fixtures, and a beautiful roomy bathroom with a huge shower. We only stay at Hampton Inn when we travel and have been doing so for decades. This Hampton Inn, in Gardner was the most impressive and clean we'd ever stayed at. Thank you Jason!
This hotel is top notch - the people who work here really know customer service and are extremely personable especially Jaleel at the front desk! The breakfast is amazing for a hotel and goes from 6-10am. I have traveled a lot in my life and this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! You will like the nice comfy bed and huge walk-in shower! Happy travels enjoy!
Our first visit! The environment was quiet and also busy. The check in team was fast and friendly! The rooms were clean and quiet. We did stay on the side of the hotel that was over the parking lot not the side facing the highway. Not sure if that made the room more quiet or not but it is something to consider when selecting a room. We will absolutely keep this Hampton Inn on our list of hotels to stay at again and recommend to friends.
Check in and out was easy. They've got a Korean BBQ food truck that comes from 4pm-7pm Tuesday and Thursday nov-march which is pretty cool. Walmart is right next door leave hotel parking lot turn left your in the walmart parking lot. They have free breakfast from 6-10 everyday.
We were able to get an adjoining room which was awesome since we were traveling with kids to let the grandparents still be with us but have their own space as well. This location is pet friendly which was also amazing since we were road-tripping to a new house so she could also get out with us. Rooms were very nice and comfortable, and Jaleel at the front desk was professional and helpful
Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are updated, very clean, and comfortable. I wish there were bathtubs in the rooms, but that's just a personal preference. The options for television viewing are impressive. The staff is quite polite, and there's a little convenience store in the lobby. They have lengthy breakfast hours, which is nice, and the deposit for incidentals is very reasonable.
Hotel and room were very clean. I had a king room and it had plenty of space to work and relax. Jaleel at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Not a ton of food options right by the hotel but plenty within a short distance.
